Musical education
Alexey Tikhomirov graduated from the Kazan State Conservatoire named after N.G. Zhiganov (academic choir conductor - 2003 (class of Associate Professor L.A. Draznina); vocal art - 2006 (class of Professor Y.V. Borisenko).

Trained at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Singing Center 2004-2006 (class of Professor A.S. Belousova-Fadeicheva).

Creative biography
In 2005 Alexei Tikhomirov became a leading soloist at the Helikon Opera under the direction of Dmitry Bertman. At the Helikon he performs the roles of Boris (Boris Godunov, M.P. Mussorgsky), Boris Timofeevich (Lady Macbeth, D.D. Shostakovich), Don Basilio (The Barber of Seville, G. Rossini), King Tref (The Love for Three Oranges, S.S. Prokofiev) and many others.

Since 2010. Alexei Tikhomirov has been a guest soloist at the Bolshoi Theater of Russia (debuted as Zarastro in W.A. Mozart's opera The Magic Flute and as Pimen in M.P. Mussorgsky's opera Boris Godunov).

Since 2011 he has been performing the role of Ruslan in Glinka's opera Ruslan and Lyudmila, staged by D. Chernyakov, conducted by V. Jurowski (on the occasion of the grand opening after the reconstruction of the Historic Stage of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia).

Since 2015. Alexei Tikhomirov is a guest soloist at Moscow's Kolobov New Opera Theater, where he performs the roles of Sparafucile (Rigoletto), Sobakin (The Tsar's Bride), Prince Galitsky (Prince Igor), Prince Gremin (Eugene Onegin), Mephistopheles (Faust) and others.

Actively cooperates with Russian and foreign theaters.

In 2006, at the invitation of the Toscanini Foundation, he performed the role of Sparafucile (Rigoletto) at the Teatro G. Verdi in Busseto (Italy).
