Pavel was born into a musical family and began practicing music as a child. He was a laureate of the Festival of Young Performers (1995) and the Classical Heritage competition (1998). In 2008 he graduated from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music. Gnessin. As the best concertmaster, Pavel was awarded diplomas at the Levko Vocal Competition (2008), the International Festival of Contemporary Art and Education (Ruza, 2007), the Dvořák International Vocal Competition (Karlovy Vary, 2006), and the Glinka International Vocal Competition.

In 2009 Pavel became a member of the Bolshoi Theatre's Youth Program, and in 2011 he became its permanent accompanist. He has accompanied master classes by such distinguished teachers as George Darden, Lyubov Orfyonova, Antonello Alemandi, Evgeny Nesterenko, Irina Bogacheva, Laura Claycomb, Richard Bado and others.

As a member of the Youth Program of the Bolshoi Theatre Pavel took part in the International Vocal Competition "Voices over Plyos" (2010).

He has also appeared with the Moscow Philharmonic in concert performances of Gounod's operas Romeo and Juliet and Bizet's The Pearl Seekers. In 2010 Nebolsin participated in the third Levitan Music Festival in Plyos. Levitan in Plyos under the baton of Alexei Goribol. Also memorable was a performance on the stage of the Great Hall of the Moscow Philharmonic together with Anna Bonitatibus, Antonio Foliani and the New Russia Orchestra.

In 2012, as part of the ballet Dream of Dreams, Pavel played Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto on the new stage of the Bolshoi Theater. Since 2013, he has regularly appeared abroad in concerts with Bolshoi performers. Pavel accompanied soprano Venus Gimadieva during her debut at the Edinburgh Festival in 2017, and then in 2018 during her debut at Wigmore Hall in London. He has had the opportunity to work with conductors such as Gennady Rozhdestvensky, Vasily Sinaisky, Giacomo Sagripanti, Enrique Mazzola, and Dmitri Korczak. Since 2017, Pavel has worked closely with Yusif Eyvazov and Anna Netrebko as music coach and concertmaster in numerous concerts in Dubai, Monaco, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
