3 июля в Вене в рамках 4th International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development 2024 состоялся прием российской делегации, организованный ГК «Росатом» для всех участников конференции. Гостям была представлена традиционная русская кухня, зал был наполнен полевыми цветами, характерными для средней полосы России, и главное, звучала музыка великих русских композиторов в исполнении выдающихся солистов, так полюбившихся не только в своей стране, но и во всем мире: Светланы Касьян (сопрано) и Владислава Сулимского (баритон) в сопровождении виртуозного пианиста Павла Небольсина.  В настоящее время Светлана готовит постановку в оперном театре в Дюссельдорфе, Владислав - в Зальцбурге, а Павел активно выступает в качестве концертмейстера в европейских концертах Анны Нетребко.

The program was prepared by the team of the Premier Art Agency and reflected a retrospective of the development of Russian academic art. The concert featured great masterpieces of Russian music from the works of Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Rimsky-Korsakov, Borodin, Scriabin and Solovyov-Sedogo. And for the first time on the world stage was performed a musical composition by Elmir Nizamov, a contemporary Russian composer and Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Fugue for Centrifuge", which he created especially for the Fuel Company of Rosatom "TVEL". Each piece performed was complemented by visual scenery created especially for this program.

For two hundred guests of the evening, who came to the conference from five continents, Russian music became a special gift, allowing them to feel Russia, admire its culture and enjoy the virtuoso skills of Russian artists.
