Chamber production of the opera "Mozart and Salieri" directed by Georgy Shilov is a ready-made theater project to be shown at small theater and concert venues, festivals and other events.

The Moscow Opera Salon (MOS) is a unique project of the Premier Art Agency that brings together talented young performers and theater artists to explore current themes through the prism of Russian classics. The first MOS season, dedicated to the theme "Genius and Villainy", opened with a chamber production of Rimsky-Korsakov's opera Mozart and Salieri, directed by Georgy Shilov.

Artist Nikolay Davydov (GITIS) transformed the Arkhipova Concert Hall into a mystical space of the 18th century - with Gothic stained glass windows, antique furniture and Mozart's Requiem already sounding in the lobby. Shilov's directorial idea combined music by Rimsky-Korsakov with fragments of Mozart's Requiem, creating an immersive atmosphere of tragic confrontation.
