In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Elena Obraztsova Charitable Foundation and the Premier Art Agency, together with the Russian Union of Veterans and the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora, presented a concert based on requests from veterans as part of the Great Songs of the Great Victory international marathon. The program included all favorite songs of the pre-war, war and post-war years, the golden song fund of the great era of national exploit.
The broadcast was conducted live on the Kultura.RF portal on May 9, 2020. The concert was watched by more than 75 thousand viewers.
The history of this concert began in a month, when, during the period when all mass events were canceled, creative groups thought about what to do in self-isolation. First it was a #ConcertbyApplication for doctors, then for all comers, and finally on the day of the great Victory Day for Veterans, at their request and for them.
We express our gratitude to our dear artists who responded to our idea from the very beginning and delighted you by sending creative greetings.
